The Convention is rapidly approaching.  If you want to add to your Convention experience, volunteer to host one or two of the breakout sessions that you are attending.

What do you do as a breakout session host?

• Make sure the room is set up and everything is working properly. (If there is a problem, we have staff to remedy the situation.)
• Distribute handouts to all attendees.
• Introduce yourself, make brief announcements (announcements provided).
• Introduce the speaker(s) (speaker introductions provided).
• Count the number of attendees at the session.
• Complete the Host Feedback Form.

Care Providers of Minnesota will provide you with detailed instructions.  It is easy and will let you be an active participant in the Convention.

Convention registration booklets have been mailed and all the information is also on the Care Providers of Minnesota web site.  So decide what breakout session(s) you want to attend and host, then email your contact information and the chosen breakout session(s) to host@careproviders.org.
