The revised Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Housing with Services registration forms are still not available.  MDH has worked through a couple of document revisions and is now waiting for their IT staff to get the form online.  MDH has committed to giving HWS providers 30 days to complete the registration forms once they are available for completion.  Care Providers of Minnesota will let our members know once the registration is available.

On a related issue, Care Providers of Minnesota, working with Aging Services of Minnesota and attorneys Michelle Klegon and Barbara Blumer, is finalizing a guidance document to assist HWS providers in complying with the 2010 legislative changes requiring the "delineation" of charges for non-rent services included in their base rates.  We hope to make this guidance available in the near future on our website.
