The federal Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES) and Assessment Submission and Processing (ASAP) System have released the MDS 3.0 Provider User’s Guide.  The user’s guide may be viewed and downloaded by clicking here or via our website.  Now that providers have begun to receive error codes, the guide can be valuable because it lists all error codes and methods to correct errors.
