Long-Term Care Providers Online Connection | Action
Contact Information and Website for PACE Now Available
By Patti Cullen, CAE

Although it has taken us years to get to this point, it appears that Minnesota is nearly ready to proceed with demonstrations under the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly or PACE.  We have just received an update about how the PACE program development is progressing at the Department of Human Services (DHS) and about a web link for basic information and an option to sign-up for an email listserv.  Here are the DHS staff that comprise the core PACE team in both Continuing Care and within the Health Care Administration:

Continuing Care:  Rolf Hage and Mary Olsen Baker
Health Care Administration:  Pam Parker and Deb Maruska

They can be reached at Dhs.mnpace@state.mn.us.
The site itself is at http://www.dhs.state.mn.us/mnpace.
