December 20 DHS Video Conference on Money Follows the Person Demonstration Proposal
By Phil Manz

The Minnesota Department of Human Services is offering a 3 hour video conference to provide information and a chance to give feedback on a new Medicaid demonstration proposal under development by DHS.  The proposal would increase resources available to allow eligible persons currently residing in institutional settings to relocate to their own communities with the supports that would help them stay there.  The announcement, including registration instructions, can be found here.  A bit of background on the national Money Follows the Person program can be found here.
