AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Intent to Apply Deadline Approaches

Applicants for the 2011 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award program are required to submit a non-refundable $75 Intent to Apply fee by January 18th in order to be eligible to submit an application.
Intent to Apply Payment Process
The Intent to Apply process is simply a $75 fee, payable online by credit card, which is deducted from the subsequent application fees. The Intent to Apply payment process and instructions are available on the Quality Award Applicant Resources website. The Intent to Apply fee is payable via credit card only; other forms of payment will not be accepted.
Intent to Apply Deadline
The deadline for facilities to submit their Intent to Apply fee is January 18, 2011 at 8:00 pm EST. Any facility that does not submit their Intent to Apply fee by the deadline will not be eligible to submit a 2011 National Quality Award application.
Applicant Support Hours
Quality Award program staff are available to provide assistance from 9am – 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, via email at quality-award@ahca.org.
Award Deadlines
All award deadlines are now at 8pm EST (7pm CST, 6pm MST, 5pm PST).
- Bronze Application & Payment: February 28, 2011
- Silver Application & Payment: March 15, 2011
- Gold Application & Payment: March 15, 2011
