If you exhibited at the 2010 Care Providers of Minnesota Convention & Exposition, you can reserve your same booth space for 2011 – or receive priority for different preferred booth placement – if you act soon. 2010 exhibitors have until Friday, February 25 to submit an exhibit application for 2011 and keep their same booth space. After that date, booths will be assigned on a first-requested basis. If you are interested in different space in the hall, now is the time to make that request, as it will be considered ahead of new applications received.

Booth fees remain the same in 2011, with Care Providers of Minnesota Associate Members receiving up to a $500 discount on fees, so this a cost-effective way to reach many of Care Providers of Minnesota’s members from across the state.

This year’s Convention, scheduled for November 14 – 16 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, will provide exhibitors with dedicated expo hours, plus opportunities to network with attendees outside of the Expo Hall. A Leaders & Decision-Makers Expo Hall Preview & Reception on Monday afternoon (returning based on positive feedback from 2010 exhibitors and attendees), expo-only hours on Tuesday, as well as events and activities including Coffee Welcomes, the Celebration of Caring dinner, and education session participation, hosting, or presentation, will bring exhibitors and attendees together throughout the three days.

Exhibit applications were mailed to 2010 exhibitors this week; however, you can also download the application HERE. (Members who did not exhibit in 2010 are also welcome to submit an application now; applications will be processed in the order received and assigned after February 25!)
