Save the Dates for Free Lectures on Alzheimer’s Disease

Kathleen Buckwalter, PhD, RN, FAAN, Professor Emeriti at the University of Iowa, is the Pfizer™ Visiting Professor in Alzheimer's Disease for Spring Semester 2011 at the University of Minnesota. A prolific researcher of issues affecting the elderly, Dr. Buckwalter's work has focused on improving mental health services and providing community-based care for chronically ill older persons. Her specific clinical and research interests are in the area of geriatric mental health. While she is at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Buckwalter will be offering two lectures on the Twin Cities campus which are free and open to the public:
