May 5 DHS Video Conference on Services to Support Quality of Life for People with Early Stage Dementia
By Phil Manz

Marsha Berry and Sara Tucker of the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota will be leading a two-hour video conference focused on early stage Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. DHS will host this session at different locations around the state on May 5, some at 9:00 a.m. and others at 1:30 p.m. The program will define early stage dementia, provide resources for professionals in the community to identify dementia, and share Minnesota resources for people in the early stages of dementia.

Each attendee is required to pre-register. Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the session. Remember that if your preferred location is “FULL” on the drop-down menu, you will have to either choose another location to attend, or select the Class Materials Only option.
