Care Providers of Minnesota posted new as well as updated reports based on the analysis of the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Standard Surveys (HCFA-2657L) data for each quarter of 2010.

The recent utilization of teams throughout the state and the full implementation of the QIS survey process has made the identification of teams unreliable and production of non-QIS reports unnecessary, respectively (note: there were only a handful of surveys in early 2010 that were not QIS). As a result, Care Providers of Minnesota has produced statewide reports on all QIS-only surveys. The specific timeframes for the reports are:

• Statewide Report – QIS Surveys only for January 1, 2010 – March 31, 2010 (updated)
• Statewide Report – QIS Surveys only for April 1, 2010 – June 30, 2010 (updated)
• Statewide Report – QIS Surveys only for July 1, 2010 – September 30, 2010 (new)
• Statewide Report – QIS Surveys only for October 1, 2010 – December 31, 2010 (new)

Access these reports, which are reflective of standard surveys downloaded by Care Providers of Minnesota from the MDH website.
