A major portion of the funds raised by the Care Providers of Minnesota Foundation Annual Golf Tournament come through hole and event sponsorships. We’re proud to list below the business partners who have already confirmed their sponsorships this year. (A number of others have already made verbal commitments to sponsorships, so if you’d like to be a hole sponsor a sponsor for the reception, please submit your sponsorship agreement soon, while opportunities remain.) Our goal is to raise $15,000, which will directly support the Foundation’s scholarship and leadership programs. We are well on our way . . . but we need your participation, too.

2011 Foundation Golf Tournament Sponsors (as of May 17)

This year’s tournament will be held on July 19 at Crystal Lake Golf Club in Lakeville. Sponsorships begin at $725 (hole sponsorship) and non-sponsoring business partners can support the tournament by golfing for $190. Portions of both fees are tax-deductible. The price for nursing facility/community members to golf is $150. Fees for provider members, business members, and sponsors include greens fees, cart, range bucket, lunch and reception, PLUS a certificate to be redeemed at a future date for a free round of golf.

By the way, we’re still working out the details and will be seeking donations soon, but watch for more information on a FUN new bit of FUND-RAISING we’ll be doing at the tournament. In fact, even if you can’t attend the tournament, you’ll have the chance to take part in this tournament fun. I’ll give you a hint: It involves a wall. And beer. And even if you aren’t inclined to drink the beverage yourself, this will be a perfect chance to support the Foundation and stock up for your outdoor summer entertaining!
