DHS Moves Deadline for Submission of Proposals for PACE RFP to September 30, 2011
By Phil Manz

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has moved the deadline from June 24, 2011 to September 30, 2011 for submission of proposals for the program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) RFP published on March 21, 2011. The official notification of this is expected to appear in the June 6, 2011 State Register. “Given the current uncertainty about the impact of possible rate reductions and possible limitations on the number of persons eligible for the Elderly, Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals, and Traumatic Brain Injury Waivers, it would be both difficult and imprudent for respondents to commit to developing a PACE site by June 24, 2011.”
