Website Resources Available for Honoring Choices Minnesota

The Twin Cities Medical Society has launched two Honoring Choices Minnesota (HCM) websites to meet multiple education, training, calendar, publicity and community news needs. The HCM Twin Cities Medical Society site will provide health care based advance care planning training and new resources for health systems and Respecting Choices trained facilitators. Twin Cities Public Television’s HCM Site will host community listening sessions, community resources and media-based learning opportunities.
