Nursing facility providers should verify that they are registered for the free Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) provider conference call scheduled for Monday, November 7, 2011 from 11:00 a.m.–noon.

The conference call will focus on implementation of nursing home regulatory guidelines and updates, including the confusing reporting requirements contained in the Elder Justice Act.

Registration is required for participation in the conference call. Registration is available online at http://www.health.state.mn.us/registration/nocharge/.

Providers will need to register online to participate in the call. Registration will close at end of the working day two (2) days prior to the call. The call-in number and participant code will be provided two (2) days prior to the call. Make sure you type in your email address correctly when you register, so that you receive the phone number and participant code.
