There will be no region meetings during January this year. Instead, you can look forward to a free webinar on February 29 as we “Leap into Action.” This free webinar will inform you of Care Providers of Minnesota’s work at the Capitol and help prepare you for our “March on St. Paul” during the week of March 12–16.

The webinar, “Leap into Action,” will begin at 10:00 a.m. on February 29. We will cover information on the Long-Term Care Imperative agenda and the status of each issue, the current state of affairs for the legislative session in general, and up-to-date information on the new state budget forecast which will also be released on that day.

The “March on St. Paul” is a day of civic participation and involves our members coming to the Capitol to learn more about our issues and to speak their own legislators and enjoy the State Capitol experience. These rolling days will happen during the week of March 12–16.
